The apartment also has a parking space inside (in the garage) and a parking space outside (in front of the garage). Two parking spaces, therefore, which must be purchased with the apartment for 35,000 euros. Of course, the electricity is fully compliant, the energy performance (and certificate) of the apartment is excellent and the asbestos certificate is also completely blank. The building has no elevator so the monthly charges are low, with approx. 85 euros/month + provision of 85 euros for private consumption of water and heating (settlement of heating and water is done through trustee).
