Practical example: Zandstraat, Keerbergen

We were recently allowed to sell a characterful villa in Keerbergen according to the Rebird concept. Our team has therefore developed a complete renovation file for this house. The house was then advertised at the price of the house (in current condition) + the renovation cost. In addition, we also continued to advertise the property without applying the Rebird concept (at the price in current condition). The house was eventually sold successfully .... The renovation file from Rebird contains a ready-made offer from a quality contractor, but buyers can of course still choose to only purchase the property. Or to carry out the renovation with another contractor, or yourself ....
